  • How are cancellations handled?
    We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please contact us directly if cancelling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellation/no show fees may be charged for missed/late/no show appointments. We understand emergencies happen and always strive to be as accommodating as possible.
  • Transportation?
    Please allow ample time for parking nearby, certain times of day can be more difficult. FREE 90-minute street parking is available on a first-come basis.
  • Do you take insurance?
    No. Due to the nature of this therapy, we are out of network, however, as a courtesy we can provide you with a super bill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
  • What kind of payments do you accept?
    We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, Checks, FSA (Flex Spending Account), and HSA (Health Savings Account).
